Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Shyamashish Group account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains what is deleted and how to make the request.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at shyamashish.cdpl@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
2. Send it from your registered email, or include your registered mobile number so we can verify your identity.
3. We verify the request and delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, mobile number, designation).
• Leads, site visits, and photos you created in the app.
• Login credentials and session data.

What may be retained

Records we are required to keep for legal, accounting, or tax reasons (for example, completed booking and payment records) may be retained for the period required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
